Executive Leadership

Jan Shaeffer - Executive Director

Jan joined St. Christopher's Foundation for Children in 2004 as Executive Director.  Jan has a background in organizational development, client relations and marketing and she leads the operations of SCFC.  Prior to joining SCFC, Jan worked in investment management and client services with Morgan Stanley, CMS Companies and City of London Investment Group PLC.  She is a founding member and past Board Chair of The 21st Century Society of the Philadelphia Orchestra, a Fellow of the Non-Profit Executive Leadership Institute at Bryn Mawr College, and was recognized as one of Philadelphia’s 101 Emerging Connectors by Leadership Philadelphia.

Tanya Williams - Administrative Officer

Tanya joined St. Christopher's Foundation for Children in 2008 and manages the organization’s office administration.  Tanya’s background includes over ten years of experience in office administration and management.  Prior to joining St. Christopher’s Foundation for Children, Tanya worked at various financial, legal and health care organizations in the Philadelphia area.  Tanya is an active volunteer with various local non-profit organizations.

Ann Hoskins-Brown - Program Director

Ann Hoskins-Brown has over twenty years of experience working with mid-sized and grassroots non-profit organizations in Philadelphia.  Before joining St. Christopher's Foundation for Children, Ann served as Grant Development and Research Manager for MANNA where she worked closely with program staff to develop initiatives including a groundbreaking research project to determine the impact of nutrition on health care costs.  Ann is currently a member of the Philadelphia Zoning Code Commission; former president of Albert M. Greenfield Home and School Association; and the former board chair of South of South Neighborhood Association where she continues to serve on the Neighborhood Zoning Committee.

Ann attended Drexel University's graduate program in non-profit management, received her BFA from Tyler School of Art, Temple University, and studied English and creative writing at Vanderbilt University.  Ann resides in Philadelphia with her husband and daughter.

Megan Lepore - Development Director

Megan joined St. Christopher's Foundation for Children in May 2011.  Megan is a professional fund raising executive with extensive strategic planning, donor cultivation and prospect research experience.  Prior to joining St. Christopher's Foundation for Children, she was the Director of Advancement at the The San Miguel School of Camden.

Megan graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Journalism, Public Relations and Advertising, and Masters in Communication Management, both from Temple University.  Megan is an active member of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Fundraising Professionals.  She is also a board member at The Center for Faith Justice in Lawrenceville, NJ and is an active volunteer with several other organizations in Philadelphia and South Jersey.

Judy Gelinas - RDH, BS Community Oral Health Initiative Director

Since 2005, Judy has lead the SCFC's Community Oral Health Initiative, which has provided a dental home for over 9,000 children from low income families and offers a school-based oral health literacy program.  Judy currently serves as President Elect of American Association of Community Dental Programs and Co-Chair for the Pennsylvania Dental Hygienists' Association Governmental Relations Council.  She has been a speaker at local, state and national conferences.  A Past President of the Pennsylvania Dental Hygienists' Association, Judy was awarded the Association's 2009 Community Dental Health Award, the Clark J. Hollister Award for Outstanding Ability in Dental Hygiene Education and the Drs. Edward B. and Arnold R. Cook Award for Academic Excellence in Dental Hygiene.
